This is nice, new and clean place. It also doesn't cost you an arm and leg to rent it. Pool, BBQ area, gardening. Very nice staff. I think it's important.
Only one disadvantage: internet. Only one company serves there. Very slow for the price. I need something faster. Maybe when Elon M. will start Starlink...
